Sophie ~ Stunning Junior Style Fashionista

Published by Elizabeth under Kids and Fashion

What a gorgeous girl!!  this is Sophie… another one of La Toriana’s great KooL KidZ customers!

Sophie is a pure natural… and we are so very honoured when just recently their mum Linda, was interviewed about Sophie on a wonderful website StyleCollective

We all love dressing our kids in special party wear, and nothing is like a gorgeous new collection from some leading Australian designer kids labels too.  There is so much quality designer kids clothing and baby wear labels out there…. that its really hard to know where to go.  Of course there is a range to shop online at La Toriana for quality Australian and New Zealand fashion labels for babies and kids.  However if you were looking for more, why not go to a places like Style Collective online.

Style Collective is a one stop shop for women’s fashion, bridal shopping online, junior fashion and home lifestyle wares.  I am sure there is something here for everyone’s taste!  Its not all about shopping here either which is great. there is news, reviews, interviews and lots of styling … its lovely.

Of course I love the junior section where you can view so much kids fashion and features.

You can see in the interview where Sophie is the starring “fashionista”.   Its adorable.

Sophie’s mum mentions her favourite online shopping for baby and designer kids clothes is at La Toriana(THANK YOU so much!!)  Here in the article is the gorgeous Sophie wearing items purchased through us.  Check out the full article about what Sophie loves to wear  HERE and you can see the cutest clothes that they have purchased from La Toriana.

She loves Tea Princess, Princess Ratbag Pettiskirts, Fairy floss Creations hair accessories, Dolly Up and more

here is Sophie too in Tea Princess Winter, helping to showcase our KooL KidZsection of the La Toriana BLOG.  I think this is one of my favourite pics!!  Maybe you have a pic you can send in of your little one wearing something purchased from La Toriana?

If you would like to be part of the KooL KidZ section of the website….  send in a pic of your kids, or 2, and also a tip, recipe, advice or craft idea… we love to hear them all and we will send a $10 voucher if its used.  (some conditions apply)  we will tell you also what day it will appear in plenty of time so you can tell all your family and friends, and of course so the kids can see themselves too!

send to  info at latoriana.com.au

Sophie has become a real little model and starring all over the place watch out for her angelic face… its gorgeous!

 warmly Elizabeth xx

KooL KidZ at La Toriana # 2

Published by Elizabeth under Kids and Fashion

This week we have some more great Tips and recipes from you our readers and customers.

There are sure to be many, many mums who will love them too.  You are going to have to agree with me, we have some absolutely gorgeous Kool KidZ here at La Toriana!!

Rebecca (mum)

Samuel (2 1/2) and daughter Isobel (5 months)

(Launceston, Tas)

My recipe is for a quick and healthy toddler lunch I give Sam when he is being a fussy eater:

 Toddler Animal Omelettes:

Use a cookie cutter to cut out an animal shape (or any shape you have) in pieces of fresh toast bread (or better still cut your own so it’s nice and thick) then using a fry pan or grill plate which has been lightly sprayed with olive oil, lay the bread down and fill the ‘hole’ with a mix of whisked egg, ham, diced cherry tomato, and cheese. Flip once mixture is set and then serve! Healthy and Fun!

Samuel is a funny, gorgeous and active little boy whose favourite toy is his train set, followed very closely by his tricycle! He has just begun using his trains to act out scenarios which are very funny and I hope to catch them on video one day soon to show at his 18th birthday!

mum: Debbie
two boys – Ethan 7yrs and Luke 4.5 years.  Ethan is in Grade 2 and Luke is at Kinder.
(Mt.Martha, Vic)
They both absolutely love Lego and are continually using their imaginations building different cities and creating scenarios using their Star Wars Lego.  They also love anything outdoors especially football, cricket and swimming.

My Tip

To Keep Headlice Away – my boys have never had it because of this solution.

Firstly washing their hair with tea tree shampoo and conditioner

Then every morning I spray their hair with the following solution.

90ml cooled boiled water
5 drops tea tree oil
5 drops eucalyptus oil
10 drops rosemary oil
10ml solubiliser (this helps combine water and oils)

Make this solution into a 100ml Spray bottle and shake.  It lasts for weeks and is very cost effective as the bottles of oils last for ages as you are only using a few drops at a time.

All the oils are essential oils and can be found in chemists or health food shops.  The spray bottle and solubiliser also from health food shop.  I also spray their hats with this solution.

Hope this can help.
