Organic Baby and Kids

buy organic baby and kids clothes online, Lambykins organic range shown here

With all the chemicals, environment, foods and more that our babies and kids are exposed to, its a little wonder why so many mums and dads are looking to eco friendly, environmental friendly and organic toys and clothing for their babies and kids.

There appears to be more than ever before, allergies, eczema and reactions,  so that eliminating as much chemicals, by products and additives where we can is vitally important to many parents.  Me included.

But that doesn’t mean you cant have style, fashion and function when it comes to organic baby clothing and kids wear.  There are some great sites these days that you can buy affordable organic and eco friendly items for your family.  If you are looking for organic baby food, ORGANIC BUBS is a great website.  I often refer friends here and they are so happy with everything they receive.  The best thing… you can buy great organic baby food online!

At La Toriana, you can buy online amazing designer children’s clothing that’s so affordable and trendy.  Long gone are the days where  “sacks” of clothing were the only organic baby clothes you could get.  With amazing Australian and New Zealand designers in kids fashion and baby wear, you can have it all.

Great designers in today’s fashion industry who are also passionate as i am about our kids and giving them a great start to life,  are designing and making quality organic children’s products.  Great kids designer labels like  babyjo bamboo, Lambykins, eco peko, nanny pickle, anamalz, oopsidaisi, huggalugs, nest organics, early birds for premmie baby, and gaia skin naturals.

Watch out as La Toriana is soon adding even more amazing organic kids clothing, toys and accessories you can buy online.

here is a couple of our favourite organic products for your babies and kids you can pop into La Toriana online and purchase.  You will be amazed at the range, the quality, the colours and style and especially the low cost organic products for babies and kids.

KooL KidZ ~ Gluten & Lactose Free Yummy Recipe

Published by Elizabeth under Kids and Fashion, KooL KidZ

All our customer kids are      KooL KidZ

Ivy and Noah… Gorgeous kids!!

Ivy and Noah (twins) who are three.

(NSW)

It’s hard to say if these two have one favourite thing to do. They are very busy.

Ivy loves drawing and dressing up the most and Noah is obsessed with Thomas the tank engine. Both of them love riding on their Wheelybugs and blowing bubbles.

Ivy is gluten and lactose free so we are always looking for new recipes that she can try.

Here is one of our favourites:

Zucchini, cheese and sweet corn pikelets .

2 cups gluten free self raising flour

 2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups lactose free milk

1 cup grated parmesan (sometimes we use tasty or a combination of the two)

 1 cup tinned corn

 1 zucchini, grated.

Combine all ingredients.

Heat oil in frypan and pour small dollops of batter for each pikelet. Cook for two to three minutes until bubbles start to appear, flip and cook for another few minutes.

Serve warm.

My kids (all seven of them) love these for afternoon tea and even a light dinner, with some salad for the older ones. It’s a good way of getting vegies into the little twins.

We have done variations of this using semi dried tomatoes and pesto and also zucchini and carrot. They all work, are so easy and the kids come looking for more!

 …………………………………………………………………………………………..

Tip/Idea - While everyone loves the Ikea highchair (I do too) the recline highchair still has it’s benefits too. If you have purchased a reclining highchair for your bub, don’t wait until they have reached the age to start solids to get it out of it’s box.I found it useful during those awkward times when you had things you had to do, but bub wasn’t happy if they weren’t stuck to your side :D eg Wheel the highchair to where you need it (kitchen, bathroom etc) recline it, pop bub in and get on with what you were needing to do……….taking a shower, preparing dinner etc. I found she loved being up at the same level as me, rather than on a blanket on the floor.what your child loves playing with the best -Drawing would be her favourite thing to do, closely followed by going on her swing outside and playing with her cuddle pillows Makka Pakka and Upsy Daisy. She moves her cuddlepillows around the house, standing them up,laying them down, hiding them under her couch LOL and giving them loads of kisses and cuddles and giving them some of her flixotide (asthma preventer through a puffer) too LOL

Jacki (mum)  and my sons Liam & Ben Fanto
Both gorgeous boys, aged 5 yrs & 18 mths

.

I am an avid crafter, cook and all round mum!   I love anything to do with kids and more so their beautiful and inquisitive minds.

One of my first loves is creating fantastic and memorable kids parties.

Liam, who is 6 in August, is so into them also that he likes to help create them.   His birthday is another 6 months away, yet he has his theme worked out and has already started to make his own invitations!  He loves to help create the cake and just loves to help out anyway.   Ben also adores watching his brother do all these things and is starting to attempt drawing himself, usually over his hands and mouth though!

So my tip on crafting is, make it fun, make it unique, make it theirs, praise them ALL THE TIME and the good times will also be yours!

What they love playing with best ….. each other!!  Liam’s main passion is still trains and construction, but he loves to colour and draw and make things.   Ben on the other hand loves hiding things and carrying around spoons and powder bottles!  Go figure!

Hope this helps, and I have a photo of my gorgeous guys attached.   I hope this makes it on your fabulous site.  As a small business owner myself, I love all the unique things you have.   Keep up the good work
(Note:  thanks for the kind words.  Its great customers ;like you who help shape La Toriana.  Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far!!)

wow… your free gift is on its way to you.  All were sent today!!

We still have a couple weeks left of customers tips, recipes and stories… and yes… we still would love to hear from you.  This segment ends in April and we have a new Customer contribution to join in… stay tuned.

warmly
