Angela owner of Lambykins™ and Elizabeth owner of La Toriana® two country Mums, have been friends for over 20 years. Angela supported Elizabeth through three premature babies, two of whom became angels. Elizabeth vividly remembers the emotional rollercoaster ride and how it was traumatic enough without being able to find clothing made specifically for premmie bubs. She was told by a nurse to go to the toy store and purchase “cabbage patch” dolls clothes or have them specially made.

“It was the last thing I needed: my babies were vulnerable enough without seeing them in dolls clothes or oversized hospital-issued garments. I longed to have some nice clothes for my baby that actually fitted and were suitable for the NICU,” Elizabeth explains.

This MEATLOAF

which satisfies all: Blend for Ruben, tomato sauce for Skye and veges for us:

1/4 cup of finely chopped capsicumIf YOU have a great tip, recession buster, saving money advice or a great recipe… send it in. 

2 stalks chopped celery

2 tbsp flax seeds

1 crushed garlic clove

1/2 teaspoon salt

pepper to taste

SIMPLY

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, spread into a baking dish so about

2 inches high, spray with olive oil and place in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees.

Play for 45 minutes!!!
