La Toriana has created a secure online shopping cart, so please rest assured that all your information is secure and treated with the strictest security.

We understand that many people prefer to have other ways of ordering. Please download the order form to be mailed to GPO Box 2675, Bendigo DC, 3554, Vic Australia or faxed 0354353901 or email your order through to info@latoriana.com.au . Staff will contact you within 24 hrs to arrange payment and delivery.

La Toriana prefers direct deposit and accepts Visa and MasterCard, cheques and money orders. Please note that goods will only be sent once funds are cleared to our account. A confirmation email of your order will be sent to you. If an order is placed and no payment received within 14 days of date of order, that order will be cancelled and goods returned to stock.

Delivery
Goods sold by La Toriana are shipped via Australia Post to all areas of Australia. As delivery times vary from area to area it is expected that your goods will arrive within 7 days. A flat rate of $7.95 is charged for all orders in Australia which includes registered post and insurance to the value of $100 incl. All orders will be sent within 24 hrs of funds being cleared.

             International orders … La Toriana is happy to ship goods to overseas customers via Australia Post Air Mail services. Please contact via email for shipping prices and delivery times to your area before checkout. Please note that some countries have taxes on parcels and this will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Defective goods
All orders are carefully checked by hand prior to being sent and all care taken. We understand that faults do happen and will kindly exchange items that are proven to be defective. All returns must be by 7 days of receipt of order with goods in original packaging, intact, with tags intact, clothes unwashed and unworn. Unfortunately returns/exchanges will not be done due to “change of mind”. Postage is the purchasers responsibility.

Out Of Stock Items
If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email with an estimated time of arrival, or discuss with you an alternative product.
